Light heavyweight Rashad Evans has injured his knee and is out of the co-main-event fight with Daniel Cormier at UFC 170. With the event less than 10 days away, it is thought that the UFC has decided to move the bout to UFC 172, leaving ten fights on the card.


Demian Maia vs. Rory MacDonald has been moved up to co-main status, alongside Ronda Rousey vs. Sara McMann.

Alexis Davis vs. Jessica Eye will likely get moved up to the main card.

Rashad Evans has injured his knee and is out of the co-main-event fight with Daniel Cormier at UFC 170. With the event less than 10 days away, the UFC has scrapped the bout, leaving ten fights on the card.

Chael Sonnen reportedly offered to finish shooting TUF on the 18th, arrive in Las Vegas on the 19th, and fight Cormier on the 22nd.
